Consequently, the vendor’s answer here holds little significance, and the correct answer to the question may not align with the expectations of the person asking it. Why? Think about static analysis, according to Wikipedia, “a simplified analysis wherein the effect of an immediate change to a system is calculated without regard to the longer-term response of the system to that change.” One of many potential examples would be changing the price of a good or service and expecting all other variables to behave as they would have without the change. This almost never happens, and it would be unrealistic to expect the entire long-standing enterprise technology stack to remain unaffected after implementing anapplication programming interface (API). It does not matter howstrong the API is; it’s not the point. #### The Cloud Connectors: Not the Typical iPaaS Put differently, no enterprise technology stack exists inpermanent stasis. The practice of properly integratingapplications in the enterprise technology stack should be anexercise in acknowledging this reality. This, of course, helps toexplain the emergence of integration platforms-as-a-service(iPaaS), “suite\[s\] of cloud services that facilitate development, execution and governance of integration flows. These flowsconnect any combination of on premises and cloud-basedprocesses, services, applications and data within individual oracross multiple organizations,” according to Gartner. Since the inception of iPaaS, however, none has offered anapplicable computer language for integrating enterpriseapplications. The Cloud Connectors (TCC) has developed this, the very first universal computer language for integrations inthe enterprise technology stack. It’s a native code and aninnovation. And TCC combines this, the foundation of its iPaaS,with a wraparound layer of white-glove, exceptionally high-touch service for the full lifecycle of integrations. The prospectof having these at their disposal is significant for vendors ofsoftware for HCM. #### Download the full Research Note ![image-sheet](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/hubfs/image-sheet.png "image-sheet") [![Watch the showcase here](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/20825521/13cdb467-2430-4221-8b14-d23f45ee3c42.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/20825521/13cdb467-2430-4221-8b14-d23f45ee3c42) ##### Quick Links Quick Links - Home - [Connectors](https://thecloudconnectors-20825521.hs-sites.com/en/the-cloud-connectors-home#connectors) - [Careers](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/careers) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/privacy-policy) - Terms & Conditions (Coming Soon) ##### Integration Integration - [iPaaS](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/hr-ipaas) - [Employers](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/employers) - [HR Technology Solution Providers](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/hr-technology-solution-providers) - [HR Consultants and Systems Integrators](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/hr-tech-consultants-and-system-integrators) ##### Our Company Our Company - [TCC HR Experts](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/experts-in-hr-technology) - [Our Team](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/our-team) - [Service Partners](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/service-partners) ##### Community Community - [Video](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/videos) - [Case Studies](https://thecloudconnectors-20825521.hs-sites.com/en/the-cloud-connectors-home#case-studies) - [Info / Demo Request](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/en/contact-us) ![The-Cloud-Connectors-logo-white](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/hs-fs/hubfs/The-Cloud-Connectors-logo-white.png?width=200&height=63&name=The-Cloud-Connectors-logo-white.png) © 2026 The Cloud Connectors Inc.
