#### About SVP Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) is a veterinarian owned and managed network of over 300 animal hospitals nationwide. They are considered one of the largest veterinary consolidators in the industry and have been recognized on Inc. 5000's List of "Fastest Growing Companies in America" for three consecutive years. SVP supports its community of hospitals by removing administrative burdens such as HR, finance, and inventory management – allowing its network to focus on providing personalized animal care and exceptional client experiences. - #### Challenges - Previous to SVP’s decision to implement TCC’s platform to integrate SVP’s HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and their ATS (iCIMS), the team struggled to manage time-consuming and outdated new hire methodologies. The lack of integration, coupled with the company’s rapid growth (+241% in headcount in just over two years) caused serious challenges keeping up with the workload. For example, as part of its new-hire onboarding process, SVP was manually keying-in candidate information across various HR platforms – creating opportunities for data-entry errors and  reduced productivity and morale amongst the team. - #### Problems solved - The Cloud Connectors (TCC) created an automated data exchange integration between SVP's HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and ATS (iCIMS) – going beyond Ceridian's standard flat-file, point-to-point integration. - If there’s ever an error, TCC’s platform provides SVP with a one-click means to quickly identify and easily remedy the situation, saving the overhead, time, and energy typically associated with handling exceptions. - The SVP team receives regular data health and error message reports from TCC’s platform, giving them confidence about the quality of their business. processes  extending the innovation and capability of its own product suite. > *"When we were implementing our Ceridian and iCIMS integration, I was asking The Cloud Connectors for things I didn’t even have the words for. But they understood what we needed and made it work for us."* ##### Kyle Lieberman ###### HRIS Manager ## Key Takeaways - Estimated between 25 to 50 hours a week of manual data entry eliminated, excluding the additional overhead associated with errors. - The ability for SVP to quickly address exceptions, a capability typically lacking with a traditional data exchange approach. - Tailored integration solution outside of what was offered by Ceridian and iCIMS. SVP received white-glove level support and communication from TCC throughout the process, including guidance requiring HR domain-specific expertise. - Adherence to the original scope of the project. ## Summary When Southern Veterinary Partners approached The Cloud Connectors, it was in the process of transitioning ATS providers while simultaneously experiencing rapid growth. As a result, it required a technical integration advisor, with HR domain expertise, to support the modernization and efficiency of its new-hire processes. Past experiences with integration partners were slow and lacked transparency, communication, and meaningful testing capabilities. Through TCC's custom integration solution and technical expertise, SVP has saved significantly in terms of time and money while improving data integrity and team productivity.
