#### About Paradox Founded in 2016, Paradox is a global company providing conversational AI solutions to enhance the hiring experience for talent acquisition professionals and candidates. Its hiring software is leveraged by over 500 companies worldwide, saving Paradox's clients millions of hours of manual work every year, cutting timeto-hire in half, and increasing applicant conversion by 5x. It has been awarded Best Advance in AI for Business Impact by Brandon Hall Group and listed as one of Forbes' Top 500 Startups to Work For. - #### Challenges - Paradox’s success in the marketplace and its rapid growth presented the Development Team with an ever-increasing project load, challenging its ability to scale. - Leadership was hesitant to leverage third-party integration specialists due to poor experiences with prior service providers. - Historically, the lack of repeatable and proven integrations had been a source of friction in meeting market demands with customers and prospects. - Paradox lacked in-house domain expertise necessary to optimize its approach for its Oracle integration. - #### Problems solved - TCC's deep domain expertise in the Oracle ecosystem (both on the software and consulting side) enhanced Paradox's ability to solve complex, bespoke integration challenges for its clients while simultaneously fostering a profound level of confidence in TCC from its in-house team. - Paradox achieved scalability with its approach to the Oracle HCM product suite through The Cloud Connectors' (TCC) development and deployment of standardized and repeatable integration solutions. ![TCC-Case-study-Paradox-problems-solved](https://www.thecloudconnectors.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TCC-Case-study-Paradox-problems-solved.jpg?width=980&height=417&name=TCC-Case-study-Paradox-problems-solved.jpg)   > *"Integrations are hard, and clients have high expectations – this requires people you are confident in to get the work done. Having a trusted partner like The Cloud Connectors has been a big part of being able to deliver on our client's unique needs."* ##### Adam Godson ###### Chief-Product Officer, Paradox ## Key Takeaways - The ability to successfully deliver on customer integrations with Oracle projects. - Enriched client experiences through TCC's observance of Paradox's culture of hypercare. - Enhanced recruiter and candidate experiences, enabling Paradox to grow as a business. ## Summary Paradox's solution suite requires the ability to rapidly deploy complex integrations at scale, which was considered mission-critical for the continued growth of the business. Yet, its internal implementation team lacked the bandwidth and confidence in external support due to poor experiences and shallow expertise from previous partners. The Cloud Connectors impressed the team with its custom iPaaS technology, domain expertise, and mutual appreciation for providing unrivaled client support. Through the partnership, Paradox could deploy repeatable integration solutions as they hit hyper-growth mode.
