#### About iA Financial Group iA Financial Group is one of Canada's most extensive insurance and wealth management groups, with operations in the United States. Founded in 1892, it is a significant Canadian public company with over $213 billion in assets, more than 4 million clients, with a growing number of employees estimated at 8,500 with over 50,000 representatives. Across every department, the organization has experienced tremendous growth in the past few years - including the group insurance and retirement sector. - #### Challenges - iA is required to connect its Group insurance and benefits offerings to the wide variety of HRIS platforms of its clients. - Due to ever-evolving market demands, it needed a flexible and scalable HRIS integration solution -- one that could be implemented quickly to support retaining and acquiring clients. - Upon conducting a build-or-buy analysis, iA concluded that developing an internal solution would be too risky and costly. - If iA had built their own integrations internally, it would have required shifting internal resources away from critical projects -- negatively impacting velocity to completion. - #### Problems solved - The Cloud Connectors (TCC) implemented a flexible HRMS integration solution, allowing iA to meet the needs of new and existing clients. - TCC helps iA with its legacy and new integrations leveraging its purpose-built for HR iPaaS. - TCC's expertise and support have effectively become an extension of iA's internal 1T team - freeing the team up to work on other critical business projects. - lmplementations so far have included: UKG, Workday, ADP, Ceridian, SAP, CGI (Nethris), Kronos, PeopleSoft, VIP, Bamboo HR, Bswift, and Payworks, over adding custom integrations for some specific client needs. > *"TCC has helped us developing our HRIS solution by providing soundknowledge and support while being a flexible partner. The solution ultimately helped us acquire new clients and enhance the experience of existing clients. ln the end, we believed it was strategically better ta go with an outsideprovider, therefore increasing this specific expertise and providing usflexibility and capacity."* ##### Jocelyn Guimond ###### Director, Contract, Implementation and Electronic Data Interchange ## Key Takeaways - Saving roughly one month per integration as well as internai development time for each HRIS. - Greater ability to compete for larger bids due to the systematic request from prospective clients for a flexible HRIS solution. - Enhanced automation reducing the frequency of manual interventions and data entry errors. - The partnership has made space for greater self-sufficiency within the iA team, with the added layer of training and educational resources provided by TCC. ## Summary When iA Financial Group approached The Cloud Connectors, the organization found itself at an inflection point - implementing a flexible HRIS integration solution to meet the needs of its current and prospective clients or put at risk long-term growth. After meticulous analysis, iA decided to partner up with TCC to provide the greatest flexibility and level of personalization to meet overall business needs. TCC has supported iA's long-term ambition to be the company that best meets its client's expectations and has helped the organization secure more extensive partnerships than it otherwise would have been able to achieve.
