When providing our software and providing The Cloud Connectors services to our corporate clients, The Cloud Connectors acts as a Data Processor. The Cloud Connectors complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The Cloud Connectors has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Data Privacy Framework Principles, The Cloud Connectors commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. The Cloud Connectors is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Individuals can, under certain conditions, invoke binding arbitration if a complaint can't be resolved in any other way. The Cloud Connectors has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) with regard to unresolved Privacy Framework complaints concerning human resources data and non-human resources data transferred from the EU.

The Cloud Connectors do not transfer personal information to third parties. If our policy changes in the future and personal information is transferred to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf, The Cloud Connectors will remain liable under the DPF Principles if the personal information is processed in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event causing the damage.
